These positions, which took the form of a joint statement between the three European countries and the United States, were not only non-diplomatic in nature, but also a continuation of accusations and anti-Iranian espionage.
Emphasizing the need for Iran to return to Vienna and the permanent non-opening of the negotiation window, these countries have pretended that Iran is a threat to world security and that Iran's defense and regional issues should be included in the new agenda.

They intend to pretend that the resumption of negotiations is not based on Iran's rational view of negotiations, but is due to pressure from the West to reiterate its claim that Iran violates the UN Security Council and introduce an effective policy of sanctions and pressure.
With this scenario, the West intends to introduce the policy of pressure and intimidation as an effective tool to make it a universal custom for its actions against the target countries, while the truth is that Iran has always insisted on negotiations, and it was the United States. With the withdrawal from JCPOA and Europe in violation of its treaties, the groundwork has been laid for reaching a deadlock.

The point is that although Europe is still under the illusion of introducing itself as a world community, the trend of global developments shows their decentralized multilateralism, and the increasing support of the world countries for Iran's nuclear rights and the need to lift sanctions are signs of this change in the global structure.
