Eslami: Enemy wants to make Iran surrender by sanctions

The head of Iran Atomic Energy Organization has said that sanctions enacted by enemies are aimed at forcing the Islamic Republic of Iran to surrender so that they [enemies] can enhance their governance.

Nournews: Mohammad Eslami made the remarks addressing the wrapping ceremony of the 19th meeting of the nuclear industry prayer in Mashhad, Khorasan Razavi province.

Eslami said, "We believe that the development of the nuclear industry will become faster with progress of families. The cultural and economic aspects of families must grow; under these conditions, national blossoming will happen."

Eslami noted that the sanctions placed by Iran's enemies are aimed at forcing the Islamic Republic of Iran to surrender so that they [enemies] can expand their governance. "However, thanks to God and with the advice of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, they were not able to achieve successes in this path, and we did not let them achieve their goals by steadfastness. Fortunately, Iran’s nuclear technology activities have seen accelerated growth in recent years."
