Admiral Shamkhani: The idea that Hezbollah will collapse after the martyrdom of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah is very naive

The political advisor to the Supreme Leader said that Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, from the time he was young and chose the path of struggle and resistance against the occupation and oppression of the Zionists, never wavered, weakened, or doubted continuing jihad and resistance. He emphasized that this spirit made him a strong, charismatic, and renowned leader.

Nournews: Admiral Ali Shamkhani, political advisor to the Supreme Leader, in an interview with Al-Manar, spoke about the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Hezbollah Lebanon. "The martyrdom of the proud leader of Hezbollah Lebanon stirred mixed feelings of anger and pride among the supporters and allies of the resistance front," he said.

He explained that Sayyed Hassan's honorable life was dedicated to jihad and martyrdom, and his restless soul found no peace in his body after the martyrdom of Imad (Mughniyeh), Hadi (Nasrallah), Qasem (Soleimani), and other Hezbollah martyrs.

Shamkhani pointed out that being martyred by the most wicked creatures on Earth is a legacy left by Imam Hussein (a.s.) for his followers and companions. Martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and the martyrs of the resistance proudly attained this Husseini honor.

The advisor to the Supreme Leader, referring to his 40 years of friendship and companionship with Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, said: "The martyred Secretary General of Hezbollah Lebanon, from the time he was young, chose the path of struggle and resistance against the occupation and oppression of the Zionists. Despite all the hardships, he never wavered or doubted in continuing the resistance. This spirit, will, and motivation, which were rooted in divine faith, made him a strong, charismatic, and renowned leader."

Shamkhani emphasized the strength of Hezbollah's religious, organizational, educational, and operational foundations, which stem from the beliefs of the Lebanese people. He said: "The idea that Hezbollah would collapse after the martyrdom of Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah is very naive. Just as after the martyrdom of Sayyed Abbas Musawi, the resistance movement continued its fight against the Zionist enemy with even stronger resolve."

He concluded by responding to a question about Iran's plan to respond to the crimes and misdeeds of the Israeli regime, saying: "The response will be a practical action, and it will be clear after it happens."
