Quds Force: Haniyeh assassination not an issue of infiltration

Al-Aqsa Storm Operation has accelerated the speed of the Zionist Israeli regime's destruction

NOURNEWS: A meeting to investigate the assassination of Martyr Ismaeil Haniyeh was held with the participation of the Deputy Intelligence Officer of Iran’s Quds Force, the Deputy Security Minister of Intelligence, the Deputy for Parliamentary Affairs of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and the Deputy Legal Affairs Officer of the Ministry of Intelligence, said Ebrahim Rezaei, the Spokesman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee (NSC).

He added that “The Quds Force presented an analytical report on the regional situation since the Al-Aqsa Storm Operation. Details about the terrorist incident that led to the martyrdom of Ismaeil Haniyeh were also presented to the NSC members.”

“Al-Aqsa Storm Operation has accelerated the speed of the Zionist Israeli regime's destruction,” he added, describing the operation as a strategic leap in the resistance front.

Rezaei quoted the Deputy Intelligence Officer of the Quds Force as saying that “For the first time in the history of the Zionist regime, the identity and existence of this regime were threatened. Al-Aqsa was a significant and complex operation. The Zionist regime is near destruction, and Zionists have no choice but to accept their failure as they have not achieved their goals over the past months.”

Rezaei also said that “The Deputy Intelligence Officer of the Quds Force stated that the Zionist regime was seeking the return of captives, the destruction of Hamas, and a return to the Gaza Strip but did not achieve these goals.”

Rezaei added, “As a result of the Al-Aqsa Operation, about 200,000 Zionists have been displaced, and the Zionist regime is seeking to shift the scene following its defeat in Gaza so commit acts of terror.”

Rezaei emphasized that the Deputy Intelligence Officer of the Quds Force reiterated that Mr. Haniyeh was an official guest of Iran and had traveled officially to Iran.

“The assassination of Martyr Haniyeh was not the result of infiltration, and the issue of infiltration is not relevant to this incident.”
