NOURNEWS- On Saturday, British media published horrifying news about the murder of a 10-year-old girl named Sara Sharif near London, and they wrote in their reports: the child’s father, stepmother and uncle, whose body was found in a house in Woking, near London, have been charged with murder.
At the same time as this horrible crime, while inciting other aspects of Islamophobia by focusing on the fact that Sarah’s family in Pakistani, government affiliated media such as BBC tried to downplay the Britain’s responsibility regarding this crime.
Meanwhile, a glance at the situation of children in Britain shows bitter and shocking facts about the critical situation of human rights, especially the conditions of children in this country and the indifference of its politicians to this critical situation.
Regarding the murder of "Sara Sharif", although the reports mention the trial of a nurse who has killed seven babies and planned to kill six more babies, the government affiliated media tried to make this crime appear to be an individual act and not an organized crime.
For years, the alarming statistics of murder and organized sex crimes in British hospitals by nurses and doctors, especially against children, have been censored by the mainstream and government-affiliated media outlets. And the indifference of politicians towards this crisis is growing by the seconds.
In recent years, Figures and statics provided by the police shows that, about 12,000 cases of sexual crimes have taken place in NHS centers alone, most of them in hospitals
responses from 37 police forces in Britain lists more than 3,000 cases of sexual assault, including 56 gang rapes and 5,164 cases of sexual harassment.
These cases include 493 cases of sexual abuse of children in hospitals, mental health units and general surgery centers in Britain, with at least 171 victims under the age of 13, recorded by 32 police units.
The reported crimes include 180 cases of sexual abuse of children under the age of 16, four of these cases are gang rapes, 186 cases of sexual abuse of children under the age of 16, and 127 cases of other sexual crimes.
Recently, reports have been published about the murder of children in Britain, these reports are showing the depth of the tragedy happening in this country. For example, the Guardian wrote in a report: "Arthur Labinjo Hughes, Star Hobson, Finlay Boden and Jacob Crouch" were killed in a seven-month period in 2020 after continuous abuse by their parents, the same people which were supposed to care of their children.
Six-year-old Arthur was murdered by his stepmother in June 2020 after weeks of torture, including being poisoned with salty drinks and being held in solitary confinement for up to 14 hours.
16 months old Star Hobson was killed by her mother's girlfriend in September 2020. 10-month-old Finlay Boden was found dead by on Christmas Day 2020 after suffering 130 separate injuries from his parents.
Another case is related to Jacob Crouch, a 10-month-old child who was killed by his stepfather on December 30, 2020, after suffering dozens of injuries, including at least 39 broken ribs.
According to the statics published by the government of Britain, between 2020 and 2021, there were 223 child deaths due to abuse or neglect of their parents or persons responsible for them, an increase of 188 from the previous year.
The critical situation of children in Britain is so grave that "Suella Braverman", the Minister of the Interior of Britain, claimed that the government of this country is going to launch a compensation plan for victims of sexual abuse of children in Britain.
The plan is in response to the findings of a 7-year investigation which showed that schools, local authorities and other institutions were failing to keep and protect children under their care.
In the meantime, Alexis Jay., who is chaired as the investigation and the advisory board of victims and survivors of the investigation, issued a statement and warned that the government package in the current situation does not sufficiently protect children from sexual abuse.
Meanwhile, according to The Guardian, as the cost of living crisis has left most families unable to afford holidays, an unprecedented number of British children and teenagers are at risk of sexual and criminal exploitation this summer.
Experts believe that although according to statistics, more than 5 million children aged 11 to 17 in Britain are at risk of exploitation, but the number of children and adolescents whom are at greater risk of exploitation is higher currently.
Critics have blamed the UK government for decreasing its plans for providing support services for children and young people, with 760 support centers closing since 2010 and councils' actual spending on services falling by more than 70%.
Figures published by the government of Britain shows that more than 16,000 children in Britain are sexually exploited each year, and at least 27,000 children are at risk of being exploited by organized crime gangs.
The critical situation of refugee and immigrant children in Britain should also be added to these terrible statistics, as the Guardian newspaper wrote in early 2023: Due to the lack of attention of the Ministry of Interior and the police force of Britain and the sending of unaccompanied refugee children to hotels, dozens of children have been kidnapped by mafia groups from the vicinity of these hotels.
Of course, the violation of children's rights is happening not only in families, schools, orphanages, hospitals and medical centers, but also it is happening in the British media, this matter has led to a lot of tragedies. "Jimmy Savile", the presenter of the BBC, until his death in 2011, sexually abused at least 500 children.
In May 2012, "Stuart Hall", a BBC producer, admitted that he assaulted 14 girls, including a 10-year-old girl, between the years of 1967 and 1985.
The scope of the organized violation of human rights, especially children rights, and the terrible crimes happening against them in Britain, has also reached the army of this country, which is a claimant savior of other nations.
The British military has admitted of killing 64 children during military operations in Afghanistan after its disgraceful withdrawal from Afghanistan after 20 years of occupation, while figures from Action Against Military Violence say at least 135 children were killed by British soldiers during operations between 2006 and 2014.
The sale of arms to some countries for infanticide or the drug embargo to some other countries such as Iran must be added to this list, this led to children becoming victims of certain diseases.
Mrs. Alena Douhan, the special rapporteur of the UN regarding the negative impact of unilateral coercive measures that was presented in September of last year, clearly evaluated children, especially special patients, as victims of the imposed sanctions of the West and considered it a crime against humanity and demanded punishment and trial of the perpetrators and leaders of this crime.
Now this question is raised, why are the leaders of Britain are not being questioned and trialed for this amount of crime against humanity and brazenly talk about the need for freedom and rights of women and girls in other countries?
