NOURNEWS- The public opinion of the world is focused on the intensification of Western countries warmongering in Ukraine, when the British Parliament, in a thought-provoking move, passed a bill to take extensive action against asylum seekers.
According to the "illegal immigration" bill, asylum seekers should be arrested and sent to a third country with deportation from Britain’s soil, while the only country that is a party to the British agreement is Rwanda, which is facing a serious crisis.
The UN has criticized the British bill on asylum seekers and emphasized that this bill contradicts what London is required to do in the framework of international law.
The heads of the two UN human rights and refugees’ commissions have announced; According to this bill, asylum seekers, regardless of their status, are prohibited from applying for asylum without the government's approval.
Earlier, Amnesty International called this bill "cold-hearted" and stated; "The British government is using lies and hateful language to fuel division, which in turn can fuel violence."
The human rights watchdog described this bill as "the British government attemt for escaping from its international obligations" and putting the responsibility on the shoulders of other countries, and considered it a violation of the 1951 International Convention on Refugees as well as the European Convention on Human Rights.
The point is; "Illegal immigration" is a false keyword which Britain is using to disclaim its responsibilities because according to the clauses in this bill, the aforementioned resolution is a measure to deal with asylum seekers who are forced to leave their land due to war and insecurity in their country and try to reach to Britain’s soil by sea. They are recognized as asylum seekers, according to the 1951 UN Convention, and member countries of this convention, including England, are obliged to support these people.
On the other hand; It is an undeniable fact that the asylum seekers who made their way to the English Channel are people who first fell victim to Western countries warmongering in their country, and then due to the inhumane, racist and illegal behavior of the British border guards, they were unable to enjoy the right to seek asylum and enter the Britain legally.
It is noteworthy that this bill is a result of Sunak's promises to the extremists in dealing with asylum seekers, and its implementation is directly related to the continuation of his political life.
Statistics show that hundreds of refugees, especially children, are abducted by human traffickers from the hotels where they are accommodated, while senior government officials, despite being aware of this humanitarian disaster, do not take any action to deal with it.
Regarding this inhumane and immoral bill, two points are noteworthy:
First; The said bill must be enforced by the King of England. This shows the decision-making role of the king in the executive, legislative and judicial affairs of England and reveals other aspects of the anti-human nature of the royal family.
Second; The role of the sovereign media and those affiliated with the royal family in genocide and crimes against asylum seekers, as shown by the BBC in numerous reports focusing on the drowning of asylum seekers in the waters of Italy and Spain or interviews with asylum seekers in Greece and Pakistan, seeks to hide the critical situation of asylum seekers in England and justify the bill. It was the British Parliament.
