NOURNEWS- In a remarkable move, the UN human rights reporter called the occupation of the Palestinian territories by the Zionist regime apartheid.
Ms. "Francesca Albanese" wrote in her special report to the UN Human Rights Council; Palestinians live in an "open prison under constant surveillance".
She considered the actions of the Zionist Regime in the occupied territories to be equivalent to "international crime" and accused Tel Aviv of systematically changing Land Use and dispossessing Palestinians of their lands.
According to her, who was not even allowed to travel to the occupied territories for preparing her report, Tel Aviv's actions require an urgent investigation by the International Criminal Court.
Earlier, Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International had accused the Zionist Regime’s government of apartheid in their reports.
Ms. Francesca Albanese called the Israeli government a cancerous regime that surrounds and controls the lives of Palestinians even outside of its prisons, she said in her report: "For the past 56 years, Israel has ruled the occupied Palestinian territories by criminalizing fundamental rights and imprisoning many people." »
According to this report; Since 1967, 800,000 Palestinians, including 12-year-old children, have been considered guilty without any evidence, arrested without any warrant, and mistreated in the Zionist Regime’s prisons.
It is emphasized in this report that; Israel puts Palestinians in a "security threat" package and uses brutal military orders to punish them for exercising their fundamental and legitimate rights.
Ms. Albanese called for the end of the illegal occupation of Palestine and asked the member states to comply with their commitment to not to recognize the Jewish settlements established on Palestinian lands and to use all of their political, diplomatic and economic measures based on the UN Charter for Putting the colonial occupation of Palestine and its founders in the hands of justice.
This report was published while acknowledging the racist nature of the Zionist regime is a matter of record, as in the Durban meeting before the September 11, 2001 incident, this regime was recognized as an apartheid structure and it was emphasized to confront it, which will never be implemented because of the tyrannical nature of the West.
In this regard, there are several important points:
First; Apartheid and systematical, governmental terrorism of the Zionist regime are caused by the unquestioning support of the Western countries in regards to this regime. As an example of the recent aggression and crime committed by the Zionists in Jenin, the Hebrew language channel "Kan" quoted a military official of the Zionist regime and reported that Tel Aviv had previously informed Washington of its intention to launch a military attack on Jenin.
In another example of this disastrous and criminal support, the British government and parliament approved the law to prevent the boycott of Israeli goods in this country.
Even the reaction of the Europeans to the recent crimes in Jenin was two-sided and non-deterrent, if instead of taking practical action against the crimes of the occupiers of Al-Quds and condemning their aggression, the representative of the EU called for an end to the cycle of violence and a political solution for Palestinians and Israel crisis with a diplomatic statement.
On the other hand; Deceptive and biased actions of the western countries, including the recent meeting of the Human Rights Council with false claims against Iran, the complaint of Canada, Britain, Ukraine and Sweden to the International Court of Justice about the Ukrainian plane, demagogue behaviors in the Security Council meeting about Iran's nuclear programs and missile and drone capabilities. And so on, should be evaluated with the aim of diverting public opinion from the critical situation of the Zionist regime and its widespread crimes.
The silence of the West against the martyrdom of Shireen Abu Aqla, a Palestinian journalist, by direct and deliberate fire from the Zionist army, the martyrdom of Khizr Adnan, a Palestinian prisoner after 86 days of hunger strike in the camps of the Zionist regime, the ineffectiveness of Goldstone's report on the crimes of the Zionists in the Gaza war, indifference to the 17 years of siege Gaza and so on, is a clear manifestation of the West's complicity with the crimes of the Zionist occupiers.
Second; The aforementioned report reveals the legitimacy of the Palestinians' tendency to armed resistance against the Zionist apartheid, which takes place mainly on the principle of legitimate defense, while the West ignores this inalienable right, labels Palestinian groups as terrorists and equips the Zionists with the most advanced weapons to counter it.
Third; Western media, including Persian-language based ones, not only try to distort the facts by severely censoring the news of Palestinian developments and the crimes of the Zionists, but they also try to confuse the supporters of Palestine with thousands of lies and fake news in line with the Zionists. The psychological war of these media against Syria, Lebanon and Iran is an example of these behaviors.
This issue is clearly evident in the BBC's biased coverage of Ms. Albanese’s report: "Palestinian armed groups, fed up with the performance of the Palestinian Authority, have become increasingly powerful and are fighting with Israel!"
These media are actually hiding the crime of the Zionists and are trying to portray the civil war in Palestine by lying to officially downplay the report of Ms. Albanese and other human rights organizations about the apartheid of the Zionist regime.
in any way; In regards to Ms. Albanese’s report is an effective measure about the terrorist and criminal nature of the Zionist regime, this report has officially accused this regime of apartheid, now the question is raised, how the West, with all those claims about caring and protecting human rights, is not only silent on this issue, but the western countries are actually supporting this apartheid?
