NOURNEWS- The International Court of Justice has announced; Canada, Ukraine, Sweden and Britain have sued Iran in this court regarding the downing of the Ukrainian plane in order to pay damages to the families of the passengers of this plane.

After this announcement, a wide wave of media movement and propaganda was created by Western officials and their media against the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In regards to subject, in an action contrary to diplomatic custom, the British ambassador in Tehran, " Simon Shercliff" wrote in a rude and illogical tweet: "Iran has failed to respond or pay compensation for the downing of flight PS752. We are committed to pursue transparency, justice and accountability in this regard for the victims and their families. Today, Britain, Canada, Sweden and Ukraine have started the relevant proceedings in the International Court of Justice.

In a report, BBC Persian in an attempt to make the atmosphere more emotional, has claimed: "The family members of the victims of the Ukrainian plane shed tears and hugged each other after the announcement of the decision of Britain, Canada, Sweden and Ukraine to file a case against the downing of the Ukrainian passenger plane 752 at the International Court of Justice in The Hague. And congratulated each other. After the press conference in Toronto, the families demanded to pursue the case until the perpetrators are punished."

This incitement of the media and western authorities took place while they have intentionally left out some important and basic principles in dealing with the issue.

First; After the tragic incident of the downing of the Ukrainian plane, the judicial organization of the Iranian Armed Forces started a comprehensive judicial investigation into this case based on the principles of territorial jurisdiction, inherent jurisdiction, and local and personal jurisdiction, and on 16 April 2023 the final judgments of the defendants in this case were issued.

Iran's special and all-round attention and follow-up to this issue was while at the same time, Western countries started a chain of fake and rootless news to hide the importance of this investigation and the issued rulings.

Neither at that time nor right now at this moment, the mentioned media did not mention the fact that the main root of this incident was the terrorist and anti-human crime of America in the assassination of the Iranian and Iraqi generals of the resistance of the martyred generals Haj Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, what, after This crime, Trump had officially spoken about the plan to attack 52 area in Iran, and based on the principles of defense, Iran should be on alert and respond quickly to any possible aggression.

Second; The Western and opposition Persian-language media are accusing Iran in the mentioned case without respecting professional ethics, which is unprecedented in the world, in the shortest possible time, only after three days of investigation and determining the angles of this incident, the Iranian armed forces accepted full responsibility for it. And while apologizing to the people, the high levels of the command stressed on judicial follow-up and payment of the victims of this incident.

This comprehensive effort was to the extent that the Iranian nationals of the mentioned incident were recognized as martyrs by the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs and 150,000 dollars or its equivalent in Euros were determined and paid as compensation for each victim.

At the same time, the Islamic Republic of Iran, in a humanitarian and voluntary action, while presenting a plan to form a joint committee with the countries whose nationals were present on this plane, provided the black box of the plane to the other parties for examination.

These media, however, in complete impudence, not only do not and will not express this extensive cooperation of Iran, but also censor the acknowledgments of the Ukrainian, Canadian, French, etc. Expert teams about the unintentional nature and the role of human error in this incident.

Beyond that; At the request of the US and Britain, the authorities of Canada and Ukraine are looking for political abuse and a way to blackmail from Iran for this incident, which experts acknowledge that this incident was not intentional.

Third; These media, which are trying to create an atmosphere of chaos and despair about the future, shed fake tears every day while using the people of Iran as an excuse for their inauthenticity, among their lies, they have not mentioned anything about the fate of similar cases in other countries.

In 2017, a Malaysian airline plane was mistakenly hit by Russian missiles by Russia in the midst of the Ukraine war, killing 298 people. Ten years before that, a Belarusian plane was shot down in Somalia in 2007 and 11 people were killed.

The crash of a Russian flight over the Black Sea, which was moving from the occupied territories to Russia and was targeted by a Ukrainian missile, was another case that occurred in 2001.

In 1983, a South Korean plane was targeted by the former Soviet army, which killed 269 people. In 1978, a Korean Boeing 707 from Paris to Seoul met with a similar fate.

In June 1980, DC-9 plane was flying from Bologna airport to Palermo in southern Italy, when it crashed near the island of Ponza in the Tyrrhenian Sea at the same time as the exercise of member states of NATO, and all 81 passengers of this plane were killed. Finally, on January 23, 2013, the Supreme Court of Cassation of Italy ruled that there was clear evidence that the plane was shot down by a missile, but 10 years later, none of the factors involved in the disaster have been identified or prosecuted.

It is interesting to note that none of these cases have been thoroughly investigated.

But the most famous incident in this field should be considered the shooting of the American USS Vincennes at the Iranian Air Airbus. The shooting of the American army at the Iran Air Flight 655 in 1988 and the martyrdom of 290 Iranian compatriots, who were not only investigated and the perpetrators were not punished, but the commander of this ship was also given a medal.

Another noteworthy point in these biased discussions is giving a platform to people like Hamed Esmaeilion whom has an obvious and intentional way of thinking. He, who once claimed to speak for the families of the victims of the Ukrainian plane, was rejected by the said families and forced to resign by exposing his financial corruption and misuse of this case for personal purposes.

Esmaeilion, who no longer has a place either inside of Iran or among his Western masters, is looking for another business with the blood of his wife, daughter and other victims of the Ukrainian plane in a new opportunity, and it is interesting that he has again become one of the focal points of BBC Persian and Iran International interviews. which confirms the political nature of the tensions surrounding the International Court of Justice.

With above explanations; Iran's transparency and honesty regarding this case can be a model for international institutions and other countries to follow up and bring a conclusion to similar cases that are still pending, of course, the case of the crimes committed by the US, Britain and their colleagues in Afghanistan and Iraq should be on top of this list.

Perhaps the fear of transforming Iran's instance in the diligent and honest investigation of this case into a global procedure and holding the aforementioned countries accountable for what they have done in the past few decades is one of the reasons for the published lies of the Western media.
